Physiotherapy

Dry Needling
Through years of experience and valuable patient feedback, I’ve refined specific techniques and developed original methods that consistently deliver results. Dry needling effectively addresses conditions such as headaches, neck and low back pain, arthritic joints, and a variety of other musculoskeletal issues.

​I also hold a deep appreciation for the principles of acupuncture, particularly its focus on restoring balance within the body. While dry needling is grounded in Western anatomical and neurological models, I strive to integrate elements of acupuncture philosophy into my approach—combining precise technique with a holistic perspective to enhance healing and support overall well-being.
Soft Tissue Manipulation
Our bodies are intricately connected through fascia and other soft tissues, allowing us to move seamlessly as one unified system. However, these soft tissues are always adapting and changing, which can sometimes lead to restrictions in movement, inefficient muscle function, and discomfort or pain. Recognizing and addressing these soft tissue changes through targeted manipulation and massage techniques is a highly specialized skill that can significantly improve mobility and relieve discomfort.



Golf Performance & Injury Prevention
With a background as a golf professional and expertise in kinesiology as a physical therapist, I offer specialized services aimed at enhancing golf performance and preventing injury. Combining my firsthand experience on the course with advanced knowledge of biomechanics and movement, I provide tailored programs that optimize swing mechanics, improve strength and flexibility, and address any physical limitations that may affect your game.
